In this trick, David Blaine puts a dead fly in spectator's hands and brings it back to life.

Explanation: The fly isn't actually dead. It has been frozen beforehand which put it into a temporary coma. It is then thawed by the heath of the spectator's hands and slowly starts to move, giving an impression of coming back to life.
